Great riders are not great because of their talent; they are great because of their passion.

Team Bit by Bit can be seen competing in everything from 4H to saddle club shows to barrel race super shows. We are super proud of the abilities, accomplishments and sportsmanship of our team members.  Our expectations are that our competitors will give 110% every time and will conduct themselves with pride, friendliness and good sportsmanship. We have a true team spirit, encouraging and pushing each other and celebrating the successes of everyone.

Team Bit by Bit members are committed to put in the prep work necessary to be successful. Our accomplishments speak for themselves...the ribbons, buckles, jackets, saddles and money are all great tangible evidence of the hard work. However, we are most proud of the work ethic, sense of responsibility, and integrity acquired along the way to earning all of these awards. In our opinion, the winning comes before we even step in the ring. The rides are not flawless. There is always room for improvement.  The greatest competition is with ourselves!

There are a million miles of difference between the words "win" and "beat."  We don't ever allow the word "beat" on this farm. Because when you start talking about beating someone, you've lost your concentration. You're thinking about the opposition.
